How to Initiate a Return
Before sending back any items, please email or call Perfect Apparel to confirm your order’s eligibility for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted for:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Worn, damaged, or altered items
- Items returned without prior approval
Return Eligibility Requirements
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
Upon receipt and inspection of eligible returned items, we will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs.
Exchanges & Size Adjustments
If you ordered the wrong size or color and would like to exchange, please ensure the item meets the eligibility requirements above. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Perfect Apparel and the additional cost of shipping the replacement item. Blazer exchanges due to sizing issues will incur a 30% restocking fee, which is non-negotiable.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If an error was made on our part, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. A prepaid return label will be provided for the incorrect item.
Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery and printed products, these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
