Returns & Exchanges
This item is custom‑made and therefore does not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Order Distribution
Your order will be distributed by the designated project leaders within your chapter.
Please select “Pickup” at checkout.
You will not need to pick up your order from Perfect Apparel.
Your chapter will provide all distribution details once the items are ready.
If shipping is accidentally selected and paid for, the shipping charge will be refunded, and a confirmation message will be sent to reiterate this information.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of stains (e.g., makeup, deodorant), odors (e.g., smoke, cologne), and animal hair
- Not marked as final sale or clearance
- Approved by customer service before the return shipment
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom-made, personalized products, or club series apparel/accessories
- Not marked final sale or clearance
- Within the return window specified
Customers attempting to return ineligible items are responsible for return shipping if they wish to have the item sent back to them.

We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number once your return or exchange has been shipped. This tracking information is essential for monitoring delivery and confirming receipt. Please note: Simply stating that a return was sent is not sufficient. Perfect Apparel requires a valid tracking number as proof that the item was delivered to our facility. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages resulting from carrier issues or a lack of tracking information. If we do not have confirmed receipt of the package, a refund or exchange will not be processed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible items involving the wrong size or color.
- The customer is responsible for both return and reshipment costs.
- Blazer exchanges incur a 30% non-refundable restocking fee.
- If we made an error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.
Returned & Undeliverable Packages
We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of your order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons outside of Perfect Apparel’s control, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Perfect Apparel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
- Shipping time reflects delivery after processing and production, which may take up to 10 business days.
