Please note: Shipping time reflects the estimated delivery duration once your item has completed processing. Processing may take up to 10 business days.

We currently offer both USPS and UPS shipping options. Each product listing includes an estimated production time prior to shipment.

Free Shipping is available on orders of $100 or more, unless otherwise noted. Items such as blazers, long umbrellas, tents, paddles, desk letters, and New Member Packages are not eligible for free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges:

To initiate a return, please contact Perfect Apparel via email or phone to confirm your item is eligible. Returns attempted without prior approval—or involving final sale items, clearance merchandise, customized products, or worn/damaged goods—will not be accepted. Customers will be charged additional shipping if such items must be returned to them.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains (including makeup and deodorant), animal hair, smoke odors, and not marked as final sale or clearance

Once eligible returned items are received, we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, please note that returning items may void that offer. In such cases, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

If an incorrect size or color was ordered, you may return the item (if eligible) and request an exchange. Shipping costs for both returning and resending the item are the customer's responsibility.

Blazer exchanges due to sizing issues will incur a 30% restocking fee, which is non-negotiable.

If an error occurred on our part, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional shipping cost, along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-embroidered or printed items due to their personalized nature.

Perfect Apparel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
